I started my journey to entrepreneurship in summer of 2022, that is also when I learned about creative finance. I began in acquisitions for a company Evergreen Solutions then IBP to maximize my learning curve. There is where I learn to underwrite. At the start of 2023 I began to raise capital to start aggressively buying properties for cash flow. Since the beginning I have always used to power of partnerships! In March of 2023, I met my partner Keleisha Carter and together we have built a business, started a educational YouTube Channel, and host a LIVE Podcast called Money Mondays.
